Our Guarantee

We use four levels of metrics.

The first level is “Gauging Audience Reaction” and is generally done at the conclusion of a workshop or consultation using an evaluation form. This level determines what value the participants felt they received from the event.

This level can be combined with the second level, “Measuring Learning” to ascertain if the material covered provided new amounts of learning.

The third level, “Assessing Behavior”, is done after workshops or consultations are complete and participants have returned to the workplace. This level of measurement utilizes survey tools that evaluate the actions of the participants and the amount of change they exhibit in daily work behavior.

The fourth level, “Improving Business Results” ,is the most important, and the most difficult to measure. It requires that we work very closely with our clients in all areas of their organization. We become a partnership and an integral part of the business.

Once a client has determined the level of measurement they want to use, we will create the survey tools necessary to metric our performance. We guarantee everything we provide to our clients and will supply additional work as required, at no cost, to meet our agreed level of satisfaction.
